GPA Global’s purchase of Jaclyn Bonnie International – Expanding their depth within the Cosmetic and Beauty vertical enhancing capabilities around Premium Gifting. GPA Global (“GPA”) is excited to announce the purchase of US Headquartered design, sourcing, and manufacturing company, Jaclyn Bonnie International (“Jaclyn”).
Jaclyn, a dominant player of 40 years servicing the Cosmetic and Beauty markets, is based in New York, NY, with offices in New Jersey and DongGuan China. A premium gift bag and packaging designer & manufacturer with expertise in premium, luxury and ultraluxury markets.
The deal expands GPA’s strength in North America for the Cosmetic and Beauty markets and enables them to offer new products and services in other verticals.
